Refund Policy

The Smart Report LLC (“The Smart Report,” “TSR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants customers to feel confident when purchasing a Smart Report.

Because each Smart Report is a personalized analysis prepared using information supplied by the customer, our refund policy depends upon whether work on the customer's personalized analysis has begun.

Before Your Analysis Begins

If you purchase a Smart Report and decide not to proceed before you submit the information required to begin your personalized analysis, contact us and we will provide a full refund of the Smart Report purchase price.

After Your Analysis Begins

Once you have submitted the information required for your Social Security analysis and preparation of your personalized Smart Report has begun, the service is considered in progress and the purchase is generally non-refundable.

If We Cannot Complete Your Report

If The Smart Report LLC is unable to complete your purchased analysis for reasons within our control, we will either work with you to resolve the issue or refund the applicable purchase price.

Errors

If you believe your completed Smart Report contains an error caused by The Smart Report LLC, please contact us. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, correct the report at no additional charge.

Corrections resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information originally supplied by the customer may require additional processing.

Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or that a billing error occurred, contact us promptly so we can investigate and correct the issue.
